Frankfurt am Main, in the course of 2022 - DIH Arreda GmbH & Co. KG, advised by Wendelstein, acquired a majority stake in Bünde-based Arreda Systems GmbH. Together with Arreda's managing director Dirk Beckmann and the previous co-shareholders, the company shall be further developed in a sustainable manner.
DIH Arreda GmbH & Co. KG is part of the DIH Group lead by DIH Deutsche Industrie-Holding GmbH, a renowned, independent and owner-managed second generation investment company with high expertise in medium-sized portfolio companies. DIH invests with its own capital and relies on long-term partnership commitments for its investments.
The entry of DIH enables Arreda Systems GmbH, a medium-sized company specializing in products with aluminum profiles for the furniture industry, to invest extensively in new machines and products as well as in significantly expanded operating facilities and to expand its production capacities. In addition to standard solutions, resources are now also increasingly available for individually developed custom products.
