Through this acquisition, schülke is strategically expanding its Life Sciences portfolio and strengthening its position as a partner for holistic contamination control in regulated pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments.
The combination also creates additional opportunities for Pfennig Reinigungstechnik. With the continued close involvement of the existing management team, the company further enhances its customer proximity, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial strength.
