Fabian began his career as a lawyer at an international law firm. He joined Wendelstein in 2017. Fabian advises on disputes before state courts and in arbitration proceedings. One of his main areas of practice is advising on corporate, banking, finance and real estate disputes. Fabian also acts as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations.
Fabian is an invaluable member of the Wendelstein team, both personally and professionally. Wendelstein congratulates him on his promotion to Counsel. Wendelstein's Dispute Resolution team now consists of three partners, one counsel and five associates.
