Aever Clinics Germany GmbH has acquired the business operations of Cleanskin Betriebs GmbH by way of a restructuring by transfer. The locations in Essen, Dortmund, Leipzig and Munich, along with the staff employed there, have been taken over. Business operations will continue seamlessly; customer care at the acquired locations and the vast majority of jobs are secured.
Aever Clinics is an international operator of aesthetic clinics headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Using state-of-the-art technologies, Aever Clinics offers laser hair removal, skin treatments, cosmetic injections, body treatments and weight-loss programs, with the aim of making cosmetic treatments accessible and affordable to everyone. Its German operations are conducted by Aever Clinics Germany GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, which already operates clinics in Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg.
Cleanskin Betriebs GmbH, based in Munich, provided aesthetic treatments with a particular focus on permanent hair removal and tattoo removal. The company operated laser and cosmetic treatment studios at several locations across Germany.
