Frankfurt am Main, in winter 2020/2021 – DIH Beteiligungen GmbH has acquired Herford- based E&S Lasertechnik and E&S Rohrlasertechnik, specialists in laser-based CNC sheet metal and pipe processing, via an acquiring company.

The takeover took place through the acquisition of all shares in E & S CNC-Lasertechnik GmbH & Co. KG and E&S CNC-Rohrlasertechnik GmbH & Co. KG as well as the associated general partners. DIH also acquired the operational real estate in Herford. To ensure the continuous and sustainable development of the E&S Group, the sellers will remain with the companies as managing directors.
