Wendelstein is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Moritz Meister to Partner and of Vanessa Trixi David to Counsel effective 1 January 2022.
Moritz began his career as an attorney at Wendelstein in 2013. His practice focuses mainly on national and international disputes. Moritz advises on corporate, banking and finance disputes as well as real estate disputes. In addition, he advises on post-M&A disputes and disputes relating to tax law, including disputes in connection with Cum/Ex and Cum/Cum transactions. He is also profoundly experienced litigating civil law matters in criminal law contexts. At Wendelstein, three Partners and seven Associates now focus on dispute resolution.
Vanessa Trixi David began her career as an attorney at an international law firm. She joined Wendelstein in 2015 and focuses on M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, often in a cross border context, as well as on corporate law. Among other things, she advised AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group on the sale of its damping technology business unit to KW automotive GmbH and e-domizil on the acquisition of Wolters Reisen from TUI.
